Chocolate Of The Day: Image of the day: Sound(s) of the day:

it's a chocolate heart :

it's a beyblade championship event :

this is the UK official BBA british champion Nathan H.

and if you were wondering, his winning beyblade set up was:

Bit Chip: Driger
Attack Ring: Jumping Base
Weight Disk: Ten Heavy
Spin Gear: It didn't have one - they were screwed in.
Blade Base: Bistool

Here is our hero in the states preparing for the world final, in this shot the judges are inspecting his blade, making sure it isnt breaking the international rule set.

the final between Mexico and the UK can be seen here (but I couldnt make it play)

here are the final results of this amazing sporting event (an event that has not seen a revival since its 2004 debut, something which leaves us all feeling hollow and empty inside)

So why all the pointless crap . some of you may remember me from the days when I had a job, well my chosen career path (once I realised music wasnt going to buy me a ferrari) is/was making video games. I started life in the games industry as a musician and then went on to do other things. For the fantasticly difficult Beyblade UBJ on the GBA I got to do a fantastic sega-metal inspired score, complete with endless guitar solos and a crappy drum machine. One of these tracks very nearly got re-recorded for "shitrock mother fuckers", looking back I don't really know why I didn't do it now.
