it's a duke nukem advert on a bus. mentioning the festive PS1 release of the game. the text is particularly special, seeing as the next duke nukem game "duke nukem forever" has been in development since april 1997 leading many to believe it will never come out, however the developers endlessly assure us that it is still in devlopment :
